These terms cover your use of the carabase.ai marketing site and your participation in the Carabase early-access programme. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email hello@carabase.ai and we will clarify.
Who "we" and "you" are
"We," "us," and "Carabase" refer to the team behind Carabase. "You" is the person reading this and, where applicable, any organisation you represent.
Using this site
You may read, quote, link to, and share any content on this site under normal fair-use norms. You may not scrape the site at abusive rates, attempt to break it, impersonate us, or use the site to host content that is not yours.
Our content is © 2026 Carabase unless otherwise noted. Our sigil, wordmark, and trade dress are ours. Don't use them in ways that imply endorsement you don't have.
Alpha applications and early access
Sending the application email is a request to be considered for the private alpha. It is not a purchase, not a binding commitment and not a guarantee of access. We may invite people in any order, at any pace, and may close or change the programme at any time.
If you are invited into early access and install Carabase, you will be presented with a separate software licence at that time. These site terms do not license the software itself.
No warranty while pre-launch
Everything on this site is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that the site is accurate, complete, error-free or uninterrupted. Product, architecture, performance and availability descriptions reflect our current intent and may change as the alpha develops; they are not binding promises.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
Third parties we rely on
This site is hosted on Netlify. Fonts come from Bunny Fonts and Google Fonts. Alpha applications are sent through the applicant's chosen email provider. We have no control over those providers' terms and cannot accept responsibility for what they do with data they receive directly from your browser or email client. Details are in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Carabase is domiciled, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
